Last week it was a running back, B.J. Hill, who stole the show for the Blue Devils. Saturday, there was no question who spearheaded Duke's potent attack against Northwestern. Spencer Romine completed 20-of-37 passes for 303 yards and a touchdown in leading the Blue Devils' to their 44-10 win. For his efforts in Duke's biggest win in four years, Romine is this week's "Med School may have to wait" Chronicle Athlete of the Week.
