Throughout last spring and summer, DKU administrators said that classes would return in-person, but some classes are still only being offered online this fall.
Now covering almost 47 acres, Phase 2 of the DKU campus houses a library, sports complex, research center and nine new student residence halls, providing enough housing for upperclassmen and graduate students.
Voters chose between the blue deer and a red phoenix, both wearing DKU official colors of blue and green. The blue deer won in a landslide with 75.8% of the vote, according to a May 25 email sent to the DKU community by the DKU Department of Athletics.
