Casio is no stranger to top quality electronics. Such is the case with their latest handheld, the EM-500. Running Windows Pocket PC with 16MB of memory and the best color display I've seen on a handheld, the EM-500 is clearly the most superior from a hardware perspective. As a Pocket PC, the EM-500 offers features that none of the Palm devices have, such as MP3 and video playback, pocket versions of Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to expand its already large memory.



Fraternities veto on-campus requirement for presidents

Fraternity presidents recently rejected constitutional amendments proposed by the Interfraternity Council that would have required fraternity presidents to live on campus and serve two-semester terms. Although many presidents recognized benefits in both amendments, they argued that the rules would create too much change too quickly.




New delis draw applause from customers

During the summer, Dining Services administrators made the decision to privatize the eateries in the Sanford Institute of Public Policy and the School of Law. In the short time these eateries have been open for business, the new delis have proven to be more of a success than their University-operated predecessors in several areas-including increased sales and enthusiastic feedback.
