Letters to the Editor: Mi Gente endorses DSG candidates

On behalf of Mi Gente: La Asociación de Estudiantes Latinos at Duke University, we would like to announce the Duke Student Government candidates endorsed by our organization.  

Following a multicultural group question and answer session with candidates, Mi Gente's Council formally endorses junior Anthony Vitarelli for president, junior Priscilla Mpasi for executive vice president, sophomore Christopher Chin for vice president of academic affairs, freshman Joel Kliksberg for vice president of community interaction, sophomore Jesse Longoria for vice president of campus services and athletics, and sophomore Brandon Goodwin for vice president of student affairs.

These candidates offered vision and a greater understanding of their role within DSG and the larger Duke community.  Mi Gente encourages all members of the Duke community to vote Tuesday.
