This North Korean film features a Godzilla-esque creature that helps a group of farmers overthrow their tyrannical ruler, only to turn on those very same farmers later. An interesting side note, the film's director was a successful South Korean filmmaker until he was kidnapped by North Korean leader Kim Jong II and forced to direct this film.
