Hosting the ITA Kickoff Weekend, Duke women's tennis is looking forward to a home crowd for an important event.
The Blue Devils dominated their season opener, a 7-0 win against William & Mary.
The No. 3 Blue Devils will host William & Mary on Saturday.
Playing Elon at 12 p.m. Saturday and Charlotte at 12 p.m. Sunday, No. 5 Duke (1-0) will play its two final extended format matches.
For Duke men’s tennis recruiting, the West coast has been the best coast.
Henrique Cunha and Raphael Hemmeler won the national title in doubles.
Duke junior Hanna Mar lost to the eventual runner-up.
The Blue Devils are off to Flushing, N.Y. to compete in the final tournament of the fall, the USTA/ITA National Indoor Tournament Championships.
