The Blue Devils were shown who's boss, and despite having an undefeated record and multiple impressive wins going into the game, Duke now knows they still have time until they're on top. Following Connecticut's loss to Stanford on Thursday, which concluded an amazing 90-game winning streak, it was unclear how the rankings would shake out. With the new AP poll released today, available in full on ESPN.com, the Huskies fell to No. 2 while Baylor rose one spot to the top. Stanford gained two places, moving to No. 4 and Duke remained third.

No. 5 Duke 61, No. 7 Texas A&M 58, FINAL: What a crazy final minute! The ball was turned over multiple times in the final minute with both teams making mistakes on both ends. Ultimately, the Adams had a makable shot for the Aggies but missed and Jasmine Thomas grabbed the board, hitting both free throws. In their final possession, needing a three, A&M turned it over with game MVP Karima Christmas making the steal. Thanks for staying tuned and check out The Chronicle for extensive coverage tomorrow.

Saturday should have been a great day as a Duke sports fan. The nation's No. 1 men's basketball team was in action, away at Oregon, while the football team finished its season at home against arch-rival North Carolina. What's not to like? The scheduling, for one.
