Duke's 2022-23 schedule continues to take shape.
The Blue Devils will host Ohio State in the 2022 ACC/Big Ten Challenge, per a team release Friday morning. The matchup will mark a rematch of the Buckeyes' 2021 win in Columbus, this time on Duke's home floor.
In 2021, Ohio State handed Duke its first loss of the season just days after Duke rose to the top spot in the AP Poll following a landmark win against Gonzaga in Las Vegas.
Each season, the ACC/Big Ten Challenge pits teams from the two power conferences against one another early in the season. The Blue Devils boast a 19-4 record at the event but have lost two matchups in a row dating back to a December 2020 loss to Illinois at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
With the Blue Devils and Buckeyes on a collision course for late November, another portion of Duke's schedule becomes clear. In head coach Jon Scheyer's first year leading the charge, the Blue Devils are set to face defending champion Kansas in the annual Champions Classic Nov. 15 and will reportedly face Iowa in the Jimmy V Classic at Madison Square Garden Dec. 6. Duke is also set to compete in November's PK85 in Portland, Ore., over Thanksgiving break.
