Louisville beat Duke basketball 85-63 in the Elite Eight to advance to this year's Final Four in Atlanta, but years from now people may remember just one thing about the game: Kevin Ware's gruesome leg injury.
Ware lept trying to block a Tyler Thornton 3-point attempt and his leg collapsed as he fell in what turned out to be a compound fracture. Teammates and coaches were in tears as Ware was treated with his bone protruding from the skin.
Ware served as a rallying cry for the Cardinals, telling them "Win this for me."
