Blue Devils Find Themselves In Bottom 10 Again

In the decade before David Cutcliffe's arrival at Duke, the Blue Devils were widely known as one of the worst teams in the FBS. Now, at least according to ESPN.com, Duke once again finds itself as one of the bottom 10 teams in the country.

David Duffey ranked the Blue Devils as the eighth worst team in the country after their 24-16 loss to Richmond last weekend, writing: "It looked like the Blue Devils had come together around David Cutcliffe, but a loss to Richmond indicates that is not the case—at least yet."

Duke was not the only ACC team to make the list, though, as Virginia was ranked as the sixth worst team after its loss to FCS school William & Mary.  The entire ACC was put on Duffey's "waiting list" after a 4-8 weekend, as was "Florida State's clock management" against Miami, which very well might have cost the Seminoles the game in the final seconds.
