In a 71-67 loss to No. 20 Georgia Tech Saturday, Kyle Singler didn't look like the player he has earned the reputation for being in his first two NCAA seasons. The junior went just 2-for-13 from the field, turned the ball over a team high four times and never seemed to get into a rhythm on the offensive end. Head coach Mike Krzyzewski noted that while Singler didn't play his best, the loss shouldn't be blamed on him—it sure didn't help Duke's chances, though:
Starting late this afternoon, the Blue Devils will have their own recurring web series, hosted and largely created by Duke's men's basketball players. "Duke Hoop"—which will give fans a behind-the-secenes look at the program—will be about seven to eight minutes per episode and available exclusively on the internet.

As Duke Basketball Report pointed out earlier today, ESPN had quite a number of positive things to say about future Blue Devil Kyrie Irving in a recent piece by Joel Francisco. Irving, a Elizabeth, New Jersey native, is the No. 5 player in the Class of 2010 according to Scout.com and committed to Duke on Oct. 22 after a lengthy and intense recruiting battle.
