Duke football offensive line coach Adam Cushing implicated in Northwestern hazing lawsuit

On Wednesday, former Northwestern offensive lineman Ramon Diaz announced that he was filing a lawsuit against the university, alleging hazing and racial mistreatment while he was in the program. He implicates current Duke offensive line coach and run game coordinator Adam Cushing — the tight ends coach in Evanston, Ill., when Diaz was a player — for being aware of the incidents but not publicly acting against them.

In another world, Leadmon’s goal gets chalked off, Helm is made to pay for his mistakes in cage and Malone’s monumental day culminates in a first-ever trip to the national title game for the Nittany Lions.

Earlier Sunday morning, Duke’s graduating seniors flipped tassels and threw caps as they walked across the grass for commencement at Wallace Wade Stadium. Later that evening, tassels and caps made way for helmets and gloves, and the Blue Devils walked again — this time out of Koskinen Stadium with a place in the NCAA quarterfinals secured.
