The men's tennis team was the team to beat in the Atlantic Coast Conference this season -- it captured the ACC regular season and tournament titles last year, made a great NCAA run and was ranked in the top 10 preseason.

It didn't take long to find out that Duke was king of the courts in Raleigh yesterday. The men's tennis team whipped N.C. State on Thursday, 7-0.
A week of rest proved beneficial for the men's tennis team this Saturday. After a string of tough matches, the fifth-ranked Blue Devils regained their strength in a 6-1 win over No. 17 Virginia Commonwealth.

The team finished the season with easy road victories over Clemson and Georgia Tech on Saturday and Sunday, capping off a stellar year with a 20-4 record, including an impressive 8-0 record in the ACC.
The men's tennis team proved they could pull off a tough road victory down the stretch on Saturday. After dropping the double matches, the Blue Devils won four out of the six singles matches to pick up the win over the Princteon Tigers, 4-3.
