Jahlil Okafor, Tyus Jones and Justise Winslow set to visit Duke this weekend

Duke basketball's exhibition game Saturday against Bowie State has no importance for this season. But this weekend may be the team's most important in a long time for determining the program's future.

Three of the top recruits in the country are taking their official visits to Duke this weekend in Jahlil Okafor, Tyus Jones and Justise Winslow.

Okafor, a 6-foot-10 center from Chicago, and Jones, a 6-foot-1 point guard from Minnesota, have repeatedly said they plan to play college ball together. Okafor is the No. 1 player in the class of 2014 according to ESPN and Jones is ranked No. 4.

Duke will be their last official visit, giving head coach Mike Krzyzewski the chance to get a last word in with the duo. Last weekend, the pair visited Kansas together. The only other mutual school the duo is considering is Baylor, though it's widely believed that if they decide together the decision will come down to Kansas and Duke. The Blue Devils have been perceived to be the favorite while they have disputed that.

Okafor is also considering Kentucky, while Jones lists his hometown Minnesota. Jones had listed Kentucky but nixed that when point guard Tyler Ulis committed there.

According to Zagsblog, Jones and Okafor's decision could come soon after their Duke visit, with Jones having said he'd like to announce in late October or November. Okafor and Jones also visited Duke last October (pictured) along with Theo Pinson, who was considering Duke and ultimately committed to North Carolina.

Winslow at points has been rumored to be interested in committing with Jones and Okafor, and going to Duke would be the best chance for that. The Blue Devils and Arizona are thought to be the favorites for Winslow while he is also considering UCLA and Florida. A 6-foot-5 wing from Houston, Winslow is the No. 13 ranked played in the class of 2013.

Winslow also visited Duke earlier this summer during the K Academy.

Meanwhile, things will not slow down for Duke as one of their other top targets, Kevin Looney, will announce Oct. 31. Looney, a 6-foot-8 forward, is the No. 11 ranked player in the nation. Looney officially visited Duke in September and had a "great experience."

Duke is also awaiting a decision from forward Reid Travis, who also visited in September.

Duke's lone commit thus far in 2014 is guard Grayson Allen.
