Irving Noncommittal About Future

Today on the Dan Patrick Show, Kyrie Irving addressed his future with the Blue Devils.

When Patrick asked what reasons Irving might have to not returning for his second year, the freshman replied: "Right now there is no reason I wouldn't come back for my sophomore year."

He backed off seconds later, though, in response to a followup question about his future in a Duke uniform.

"Honestly, I'm not sure right now," Irving said.

Irving went on to acknowledge that he expected to be a top-5 pick in the NBA draft if he left, but said he would wait until the tournament ended before sitting down with the coaching staff and his family to determine his next step.
