Welcome Back, Mason Plumlee

According to this report by WRAL's Josh Hailey, Mason Plumlee, Duke's freshman big man who has not played this season after suffering a wrist injury, practiced today and will play against Wisconsin Wednesday.

Jason Williams, via Twitter, confirms that Plumlee practiced today:

Just saw #Duke practice and Kyle Singler and company look really good. They are actually (Alarmingly Athletic) especially with Mason Plumlee

(You've got to love J-Will's semi-gratuitous dig at Doug Gottlieb, but his use of parentheses probably definitely would be making his old Writing 20 instructor cringe if his old Writing 20 instructor followed him on Twitter.)

Plumlee's first game is on the road, but hopefully the Cameron Crazies will serenade him with a rendition of Ma$e's "Welcome Back" at Duke's next home game on Saturday against St. John's.  Can we please make this happen?

(Get it? His name's Mason? And he's coming back?)

(P.S. Sorry that the Nike logos are blurred out in the Ma$e video, Coach K.)
