To the girl in the headlines:
I am writing to bring attention to the North Carolina Republican Party’s attempt to undermine the votes of North Carolinians, including members of our Duke community.
As a leader in higher education that proclaims to uphold values of free speech, democracy, and justice, Duke University ought to be leading the way in supporting workers’ right to organize.
Last Wednesday marked 6 months since the proposed natural gas plant was first announced publicly.
Understand that you cannot “opt-out” if a union is formed. And understand that being a PhD student...at Duke is a privilege and not a right.
In light of the recent political season, You Don’t Say is making a return to Duke’s campus.
Dear Editors, Having been a student here for three years, I’ve seen my share of horrible editorial decisions on the part of the Chronicle.
By not voting, you are not protesting: you are dodging the question because you would like it to have never been asked.

This Sunday, fifty LGBTQ+ individuals were killed because of who they love. They were killed because they were women, men, and non-binary people who loved other women, men, and non-binary people.
On Sunday April 24, The Chronicle featured a story describing my presidential veto of the $40,000 DSG senate allotted for the student yearbook the Chanticleer.
Blue Devils United, Mi Gente, The Duke University Asian Students Association, The Asian American Alliance, The Duke Muslim Students’ Association, Duke Voices for Interfaith Action, and Women’s Housing Option are in solidarity with student efforts to stop the relocation of the Women’s Center.
