Students unenrolled from Neuro 101 due to shift in instructors, must re-enroll starting Thursday

Students enrolled or waitlisted in Biological Basis of Behavior (Neuro 101) were unenrolled from the course due to shifts in teaching staff, according to a Wednesday morning email to enrolled students from Bridgette Hard and Leonard White, directors of undergraduate studies in psychology and neuroscience, which was obtained by The Chronicle.






Duke to require use of accrued time off for COVID-related absences starting Sept. 1

Duke staff must use vacation or sick time “for all instances where work is not being performed” starting Sept. 1, according to a June 9 message to vice presidents, vice provosts, deans, directors, department heads and managers from Vice President for Administration Kyle Cavanaugh.

Duke updates 'Duke-supported' domestic and international student travel guidelines

Duke will continue to suspend Duke-supported international travel unless considered “essential” and consider requests for domestic travel that is “necessary and reasonable,” according to a Wednesday email to undergraduate, graduate and professional students from Gary Bennett, vice provost of undergraduate education and Mary Pat McMahon, vice provost of student affairs.
