The Blue Devils are spending their Oct. 31 near Franklin Street, but they won’t be partying at the popular Halloween hub.

But they don’t have to search too far back in the archives to find an example—in 2011, Duke rallied in the fourth quarter to cap off a 31-27 comeback victory over Florida International.
