As a 1967 Law School graduate, I was appalled at the ordeal Jane Doe was put through, so gratuitously and unnecessarily, by the Office of Student Conduct. Fortunately justice triumphed in the end, but that would have happened much quicker in a state court, a federal court, or in a proceeding under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
