Wellness day to feature wide assortment of self-care activities

From a community work day at the Duke Campus Farm to plushie-making with DukeArts, Monday’s wellness day is a chance to participate in self-care activities across campus and over Zoom.

Online activities include DIY pet chew toy making, guided meditation, yoga, dance cardio, a PASH intersectional sex education session and English conversation club.

In person activities will include coloring with the Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity on the BC Plaza and painting with the Arts Annex. Outdoor lawn games will be held at the Freeman Center and K-Ville, in addition to yoga and a workout of the day at K-Ville.

The Duke Chapel will be hosting a carillon concert and a prayer service. Aromatherapy, jazz and zumba & belly dancing will also be happening on East Campus.

See a full list of wellness day activities, with times, here. Certain activities will require registration on Duke Groups.
