The 2019 spring season went exceedingly well for Duke at a program-wide level, with the women's golf team capturing its seventh national championship in thrilling fashion and the men's lacrosse and women's tennis squads both reaching the Final Four in their respective NCAA tournaments.

The fall should be another season of success for the Blue Devils. Both the men’s and women’s soccer squads populate the respective top 10s of the United Soccer Coaches poll and the football team will open the season against powerhouse Alabama in one of Duke’s most-anticipated matchups of the last decade. The field hockey team is hoping to finally break through in the NCAA tournament, while the volleyball squad looks to build off its surprise NCAA tournament appearance in 2018.
