Duke head coach David Cutcliffe's arsenal of talented skill players continues to grow.
Four-star running back Brittain Brown announced via Twitter Wednesday that he has committed to the Blue Devils, becoming the sixth four-star recruit to join Duke's Class of 2016, according to ESPN's scouting services.
Brown—ranked as the No. 22 running back in the Class of 2016 by ESPN—joins three-star commit Elijah Deveaux as the second running back in Cutcliffe's recruiting class.
The 6-foot-1, 198 pound running back is ranked 283rd in the ESPN 300 for the Class of 2016 and was being pursued by a large contingent of other schools, including Ole Miss, Georgia Tech, Clemson and Stanford. You can check out highlight's from Brown's junior season at Cherokee High School below:
Brown's commitment represents the first big win in May for Cutcliffe on the recruiting trail after a successful April that included the landing of touted four-star quarterback Chazz Surratt.
