To The Chronicle,
As members of the Department of Art, Art History & Visual Studies, we write to express our unanimous opposition to any and all expressions of racism, which are intolerable in any form anywhere. We also write to offer support to all those who are hurt and made to feel unwelcome as result of recent events at Duke, and we share their anger and frustration. We stand together with the undergraduate Black Student Alliance and the Black Graduate and Professional Student Association in calling for reform at Duke.
