The AAU season is officially underway.
Class of 2014 Duke target Jahlil Okafor and his Chicago-based AAU Team, the Mac Irvin Fire, got started on the AAU circuit by winning the Swish 'N Dish tournament in Milwaukee, Wisconsin over the weekend.
The 6-foot-10, wide-bodied big man is the No. 1 overall player in the class of 2014. This weekend he listed Duke, Ohio State, Michigan State, North Carolina, Kansas, Illinois, Arizona and Baylor, while also noting that he was probably forgetting some schools.
Here are some notable tweets from the weekend:

In similar fashion, class of 2016 star power forward Harry Giles—a North Carolina native who has already visited Duke a handful of times—had a strong showing in his CP3 AAU team's first tournament of the year at the Big Shots EYB Classic.

Giles' high school teammate and fellow Duke target Theo Pinson—an athletic 6-foot-5 slashing wing—was named the MVP in the 17U division as his CP3 team claimed the title over the Southern Stampede—which features Blue Devil prospect Grayson Allen.
The Duke coaching staff will be out in full force later this month for the first live evaluation period.
And here are some additional highlights of 2013 Duke signee Matt Jones at the McDonald's All-American Game last week:

Jones and his future teammate and Duke commit Jabari Parker—the No. 2 overall player in the class of 2013—will be playing in the Jordan Brand Classic on April 13.
