Pretty much any Duke fan knows that Maryland guard Greivas Vasquez said that Cameron Indoor Stadium is "[his] house" before the Duke-Maryland game on Saturday.
After the game, ESPN's Sportscenter showed some clips of students outside of Cameron. They all said things like, "We'll show him whose house this is."
But then the last student they showed said, "Who's Greivas Vasquez?" ESPN presented it like the guy was making a joke or ripping on Vasquez, except it's definitely more likely that the student in question had no idea who Greivas Vasquez is.
And to think, I had a one in three chance to get season tickets while that guy probably stood in the front row. He probably spent the whole game wearing his blue face paint while rooting for Duke to score more runs—er, I mean, touchdowns—than those guys in the red.
Awesome. Just awesome.
