Delivery man robbed at GA

An armed robbery was reported by a Cinelli's Pizza delivery driver in the parking lot at Gilbert-Addoms Nov. 10.

The driver reported that he arrived in the lot at 12:15 a.m. While he was waiting for the student to come down for the pizza, a late model white four-door Chevrolet occupied by two men pulled up next to his car.

A suspect described as a black male in his 20s, 5'9" tall, 160 lbs, wearing a black jacket and blue pants, got out of the car and pointed a handgun at the driver. A second suspect was described only as a black male. The delivery driver was not harmed, but was robbed of $80 and his car keys.

The driver left his vehicle at the scene and officers did periodic checks on the vehicle during the night. At 3:23 a.m. officers reported that the driver's vehicle, a 1996 Geo Metro NC license NTX-3307, was stolen from the lot. The stolen vehicle is valued at $10,000.
