Although a few unaware husbands stumbled into a room full of ladies lunching in the Bryan Center Friday afternoon, what appeared to simply be a social gathering was really the beginning of a heavily-structured weekend-open to females exclusively-on women's health.

Despite rain showers, approximately 1,500 people attended Food Fest to taste ethnic foods and view cultural performances. Free tickets were given out on the West Campus Plaza with food stalls located both on the plaza and inside the Bryan Center.
