Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski wants Grayson Allen to look for his shot on offense.

VIDEO: Krzyzewski doesn't want Grayson Allen to lead offense, talks struggles of coaching freshmen

At ACC media day, Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski spoke at length with the media about the upcoming season, touching on Rick Pitino, some of the struggles of coaching the modern freshman and Grayson Allen's role—which might surprise some.

“On the court, I don’t want him leading when we’re on offense," Krzyzewski said. "I want him hunting his shot. Defensively, I want him to talk."

On a team laden with talented freshmen, Krzyzewski also spoke on some of the difficulties in coaching them.

“They’re not accustomed to watching themselves on tape. They’re accustomed to watching themselves on mixtapes," Krzyzewski said.
